We had a great turnout at the Workforce Development luncheon on Wednesday. Thanks to Rodney and Kelly, Springdale School District Workforce Development team, for educating us on how we can be involved as an industry in workforce development. Several of our members are already heavily involved in the workforce development program. Rodney and Kelly are looking for companies to volunteer and offer internships and eventually full-time employment with their companies for their students. Several students from Girls Who Build (from Bentonville Schools) attended the presentation to talk to our audience as well. They will be hosting an event on March 4, 2025. Thanks to Flintco for hosting and all who attended the luncheon.
