how to stop the rotten-tomato fight in your head

We all have an internal critic – usually a whole gang of them. And the inner critic holds us back, stopping us from doing and having what we really want and from being who we really are. Plus, it has a real talent for making us feel awful about ourselves.

In this program, participants will learn practical, immediately applicable ways to get relief from their personal gang of critics – ideas and tools that go beyond traditional self-care advice to “love yourself” and repeat positive affirmations. (Sometimes those work. Other times, they just make things worse – we will talk about why.)

(Note: Inner critic work can be vulnerable and personal. This presentation is structured to honor people’s privacy while giving them simple, highly effective tools to turn down their inner critic’s volume.)
