DESCRIPTION:Come join us for a light breakfast and an interactive blueprint workshop led by NAWIC Chapter Members Gail Shepherd & Cori Miller!\n\n\n\nPlease join us (and bring a friend or colleague) for a light breakfast and an interactive blueprint workshop led by fellow NAWIC Chapter Members Gail Shepherd\, Partner with Hight Jackson\, and Cori Miller\, Crossland Construction.  This session will be held Tuesday\, February 11th beginning at 7:30am at Hight Jackson’s office in Rogers.    \n \n: : Breakfast and Blueprints : : \nGail Shepherd\, Partner with Hight Jackson\nCori Miller\, Crossland Construction\nReading blueprints is now part of your job\, but you didn’t go to school for it and may not be a construction expert like some in your office.  When working in the construction industry\, many times your role includes tasks such as take offs for estimates\, writing RFIs\, or discussing construction projects over the phone.  This means you need to have some knowledge of how to read blueprints.   \nCome gain an understanding of how construction drawings work with Gail Shepherd\, Partner with Hight Jackson\, and Cori Miller\, Crossland Construction\, who will direct an interactive blueprint reading workshop.  They will lead a discussion and then groups will work through exercises given by Gail and Cori.  Everyone will have an industry expert for a team resource for assistance and questions.
